Declaration by Dr. Erik Fox 

This declaration of January '04 by Dr. Erik Fox, a sex offender expert, was written in support of Cindy's reasonable belief that Damon was molested.  This was only taking into acccount the first disclosure in the top bunk, because the court was ignoring his other disclosures.  This declaration was to help defend Cindy against Eric's accusations of 
parental alienation.  
Judge Smyth did not find that Damon's reports of abuse were a result of alienation and said that Cindy was reasonable in her belief that Damon was molested.  He merely said there was insufficient evidence for him to be able to protect Damon, and maybe that was because Damon was too young to describe better what had happened.  
However, he never gave Damon a chance to describe it better.
