5/03 This evidence was covered up. It is a document stating that Damon told Cindy about more places than just his bunk bed Eric had abused him. The attorney was sick so Cindy had to file this herself. These very important disclosures by Damon were completely ignored by Judge Smyth, who would only talk about the first incident in the top bunk.
